We wanted to sell at a time when the market was iffy and going down. Sevana was open and supportive to what we wanted and needed; she priced it such that we were able to get what we wanted and needed. She was supportive, kind, understanding, and patient. If I could give Sevana 100 stars, I would. My entire experience from beginning to end was incredible. Going into the decision to sell my house gave me great anxiety just thinking about all the time and energy that I would have to set aside to go into it.
